USCCB Launches Ad Campaign for Life

A big well done to our faithful shepherds at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)!  They have produced four new printed advertisements that were distributed at the recent DNC and RNC.  They're also posted on various websites (like this one).
Two of the ads deal with ending stem cell research from embryos and bring up the fact that zero (0) useful advances have been found from embryonic stem cell research.  In contrast, stem cells from adults and umbilical cord blood have shown exciting results in battling diabetes and other diseases.  As the posters state, these advances has made the life-destroying practice of embryonic stem cell research "obsolete".

The other two adds focus on abortion.  One is a promotion against the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA).  The ad speaks for itself as to why anyone who respects life would vote against such a bill.

The USCCB has encouraged anyone interested to freely download, print, and distribute these ads.  You may do so at their website:
Please join me in saying a big thank you to our bishops for making a vocal stand against these practices.  It's good to see stem cell research getting attention as well.  There really is no good reason to continue fertilizing and then killing embryos for their stem cells.  Adult stem cells are the only ones to offer us a cure to date!
